Our Story
Since 1982, Lynn Construction Contracting, Inc. has provided quality services in our region in turn-key new and renovation construction projects in the commercial and light-industrial markets. We provide services based on the hard-bid process, design/build process, cost-plus process, or construction management-at-risk process. We also work as a subcontractor to larger General Contractors since our in-house workforce can self-perform many different trades on any particular project. With almost forty years of being located in the same location, we have built an extensive base of high-quality subcontractors and can get the absolute best pricing for any project! Past completed projects include: Offices, Banks, Sports Complexes/Training Facilities, Churches, Schools, Warehouses, Automobile Dealerships, and Restaurants.
